The Libyan Business Council (LBC) informed Libya Herald that the Libyan French Forum 2026, organized by Business France, in cooperation and coordination with the French Embassy in Libya, will be held on 14 April 2026, in Marseille, France.
The LBC said the forum is part of joint efforts to strengthen economic ties between the two countries and aims to provide an ideal environment for Libyan economic actors to meet their French counterparts and build strong and sustainable partnerships and trade relations based on the principle of mutual benefit.
With broad participation across vital sectors, the forum is expected to attract more than 100 French companies, alongside Libyan economic actors from the public and private sectors and institutions.
The forum focuses on the following sectors:
• Energy
• Infrastructure
• Transportation
• Health
• Food Industries
• Environment
• Telecommunications
