A delegation from the Tripoli based Libyan Ministry of Transport, headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Land Transport Affairs and the membership of the President of the Land Transport Authority, participated in the tripartite land transport meeting held in Algiers, with the participation of Libya, Algeria and Tunisia.
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation in the fields of land transport of people and goods, and to conclude tripartite agreements in this field.
It also reached agreement on:
- Facilitating movement, organizing and approving joint transport lines
- Cooperation in organizing ports and facilitating the passage and flow of people and goods
- Adoption of the minutes of the meeting on preparing for the conclusion of tripartite agreements
