The state National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced yesterday that Mellitah Oil and Gas Company was able to re-drill the fifth well (FB-21HOR-ST2) in the El Feel field.
It reported that the re-drill and testing were successful resulting in a production capacity of about 3,820 barrels of oil per day.
The NOC said that this comes as part of its plan to improve and raise the level of production.
