The Attorney General’s Office announced Saturday that it has ordered the pretrial detention of the former chairman of the Libyana mobile phone company and three members of the board of directors,
The arrests come as a result of an Audit Bureau report regarding the contracts concluded by the company to implement projects during 2021, violating the rules governing contracting methods and procedures, deliberately delaying the conclusion of the contract, contracting a cellular signal improvement project and concluding a new contract at a cost of five million dinars more than the first offer.
