Sirte Oil Company discussed on Wednesday with Schlumberger Oil Services Company projects to increase production capacity, training programmes and emphasized teamwork.
The meeting comes inn continuation of following up on the results of the fields’ development projects and increasing production, Sirte Oil reported yesterday.
The meeting discussed many points related to current projects to increase production capacity, especially the submersible pumps project and the hydraulic fracturing project, which resulted in a significant increase in production, Sirte Oil explained.
The possibility of training and developing national personnel in Sirte on modern technologies and the field of submersible pumps, was also reviewed.
The meeting also dealt with the affirmation of teamwork and joint cooperation between Sirte Oil and Schlumberger in ‘‘achieving these results in a record period of time’’.
Meanwhile, Schlumberger, Sirte Oil reports, expressed its thanks and gratitude to the management of Sirte Oil and its users, for their high professionalism and efficiency in project management, stressing the complete readiness to provide the required services to achieve the goals of the promising projects of Sirte.
