Questions are being asked by Libyans as to whether the pandemic is out of control and how have the authorities failed to exert control – especially in view of the LD 500 million allocated to fighting the pandemic.

The failure by Libya to bring its Coronavirus pandemic under control is affecting how other countries – and specifically the strategically important neighbour Tunisia – view and categorise it with regards to allowing it to recommence flights and border entry.
