The Tripoli Government Communication Centre reported last Monday (28 September) that it had held a meeting with representatives from the German Embassy in Libya and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to review ongoing projects and discuss areas of cooperation and future projects slated for implementation in 2027.

The meeting addressed the action plan for the upcoming phase, focusing primarily on developing the government communication system and enhancing tools for engaging with citizens.
It also covered plans to conduct public opinion polls to gauge citizen satisfaction with government services, utilizing the results to identify needs, gather feedback, and improve the quality of services provided.
Discussions also extended to future projects and cooperation priorities for the coming year, aiming to boost the effectiveness of government communication, refine citizen satisfaction measurement mechanisms, and foster more effective communication channels between government institutions and the public.
