Last Thursday (25 July), the German Embassy in Tripoli reported that the new German Ambassador, Ralph Tarraf, presented a copy of his credentials as Germany Ambassador to Libya.
His credentials were accepted by the Director of Protocol Department at the Tripoli based Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Hussein.
During this meeting, the German Embassy reported, the two sides stressed the importance of continuing to consolidate bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
