The National Housing and Real Estate Development Programme (NHRP) announced yesterday that it has signed contracts for the first phase of the implementation of the Hamad Palace Housing Project in Misrata.
This aims to build 831 housing units, financed by the Savings and Real Estate Investment Bank, as part of the NHRP’s plan to expand the implementation of housing projects and provide suitable housing for citizens.
The project comes within the framework of the implementation of the Prime Minister's Housing Initiative, and funded by the Savings and Real Estate Investment Bank, which reflects the integration of national efforts to advance the housing sector and provide adequate housing for citizens.
