The Indian Embassy in Libya announced today that two Libyan officials are participating in a 2-week special training programme on 'Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management'. The training will take place at India’s National Institute of Disaster Management, in New Delhi from 2-14 August 2026.
The Ambassador of India to Libya Hifzur Rahman briefed the two Libyan officials before their departure to India.
The Embassy says this latest training programme expands India's support to Libya in capacity building to new areas of partnership under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
