The Hafter controlled National Development Agency (NDA) announced last Thursday (26 February) that preparation and establishment work has begun on the Rose Palace Hotel project in Sebha, opposite the airport.
It said this integrated hotel project, owned by the NDA, is one of its most prominent investments, being implemented by the Turkish construction company Nova Global. It said this initiative aims to enhance the city’s service infrastructure and support economic and tourism activity.
The project includes a fully equipped hotel building with suites, reception areas, meeting rooms, service kitchens, and administrative offices, in addition to a complete electromechanical system (MEP) and landscaping, all in accordance with modern hospitality standards.
The project represents an important step towards providing modern hotel facilities that meet the city’s needs and keep pace with its rapid development, the NDA said.
