The Attorney General’s Office reported yesterday that the Tripoli Criminal Court, in its last session, convicted a former Director General of the African Investments Company – Laico LAP Sudan – and sentenced him to six years in prison and fined him two thousand dinars.
The Public Prosecution had charged the accused of attempting to seize public funds using forged official documents.
