The meeting discussed the latest developments in Libya and the importance of continuing coordination between the two countries at various levels, with the aim of accelerating the political process and supporting common strategic interests.
Enhancing economic and investment cooperation, unifying financial spending
The meeting addressed ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation between the two countries and discussed unifying financial spending to ensure discipline and improve the efficiency of resource management.
Resumption of British Airways Libya flights
The meeting also discussed the resumption of British Airways flights to and from Libya, with the aim of supporting transportation and trade, as part of the ongoing preparations for the opening of the new Tripoli International Airport.
Call for foreign company participation in transport infrastructure projects
During the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed the government’s commitment to providing a safe and attractive investment environment for foreign companies, calling for their participation in infrastructure projects in the transportation sector.
