Akakus Oil’s drilling of new H-49 well in Sharara field completed with a production of 1,450 bpd

Akakus Oil drills 15 wells since January – producing 25,000 bpd

‎Libya’s Akakus Oil Operations announce today what it called ‘‘a new milestone’’ at the Sharara field, where the drilling of the new H-49 well, with a production rate of 1,450 barrels of oil per day, has been completed as part of the field’s development drilling plan.‎

‎The achievement is an additional step of continue success in various projects towards strengthening the company’s capabilities and supporting the national economy, Akakus said.‎
