Libya’s state National Oil Corporation (NOC) reported yesterday that its joint venture operating company, Mellitah Oil and Gas Company, was able without the use of an excavator to restart well No. A-28 in the Abu Al-Tifel field (Area-B).
It said the results of the well test showed a production of about 1,820 barrels per day.
The NOC said this comes within the implementation of its strategic plan to raise production rates.
