Libyan eastern government to build 300k bpd Tobruk refinery with foreign investors on BOT basis

Members of Benghazi Chamber of Commerce will be participating in this year’s Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2024) in Houston, Texas, USA being held from 9 to 6 May.

Benghazi Chamber said its OTC participation is in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Libya.
