Prizes awarded to the winners of the Innovation Garden incubator and accelerator programme

At an event in Tripoli yesterday, awards were presented to the winners of Innovation Garden project’s business incubator and accelerator programmes.

The event was attended by the Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamed Hwej, and included the head of the EU Mission in Libya, Nicola Orlando, the German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Ohnmacht, leading business leaders and other interested parties.

Eight companies from the incubator programme made presentations and responded to questions from the accelerator programme panel of judges. The companies were in the health, logistics, printing, foods (three companies), furniture, and internet applications. Three companies won prizes.
