Brega Oil Marketing Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the state National Oil Corporation (NOC), reported Thursday that it had met with China’s Anton Oil Services Company (Anton Group).

Brega reports that the meeting came as part of the results of its participation in economic events, especially in the last participation in the Libya Oil and Gas Exhibition held in Benghazi last week. At the event Brega reported that there was interest by several companies specialized in the field of energy to cooperate with Brega Company, including Anton Group.

The Chinese Anton Group, Brega reported, is one of the largest Chinese companies in the field of maintenance, production, calibration, and inspection.

Anton made a visual presentation on Thursday to Brega at the Brega’s Benghazi regional headquarters.

During the presentation, Anton presented its activities and areas of specialization, expressing its desire to cooperate and work with the Brega Oil Marketing Company, in the presence of the Director of the Technical Affairs Department in the Central and Eastern Regions, the Director of the Benghazi Region, the Director of the Maintenance Department in the Central and Eastern Regions, and several specialists from technical affairs, maintenance, inspection and follow-up.
