REAoL opens Benghazi office – to open office in south soon

The Renewable Energies Authority of Libya (REAoL) announced today that it has opened a new eastern region office located in Benghazi.

Within the framework of implementing its strategic plan
It says this comes within the framework of implementing its strategic plan to expand the implementation of renewable energies projects throughout Libya, and in implementation of the decision of its Board of Directors No. 7 / 2023.

To implement regional work
REAoL said through the new Benghazi office it will be able to operate and follow up the projects that it intends to start implementing in various cities of the eastern region and all work related to its renewable energies and energy efficiency work.

REAoL also revealed that it will also be opening an office in the southern region during the coming period.

Calls on all relevant parties to support it
And in a veiled message and criticism of obstructers of its work, REAoL said its Board of Directors of ‘‘is making great efforts to overcome all the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the development of this vital and important field. In this regard, the Agency (REAoL) hopes that all relevant parties will cooperate and support the Agency to carry out the tasks entrusted to it to the fullest’’.
