The Attorney General’s Office announced Sunday that it has ordered the pretrial detention of three Airports Authority staff including the current and former heads. The action came based on the Audit Bureau report.
The detention is related to serious damage resulting from negligence in performing the job and the abuse of powers for the purpose of achieving material benefit for others regarding the contract for the supply and installation of security detection devices at the country’s airports.
