China’s Huawei and Libya’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed a cooperation agreement yesterday, the Ministry reported.
The agreement included the launch of the Huawei ICT Academy aimed at developing a digital knowledge programme and information and communication technology skills to develop scientific research and link educational institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research launched a digital transformation project at the ministry and its affiliated institutions with the aim of benefiting from the digital revolution that the world is witnessing.
