London, 8 March 2021:

The Official Spokesperson for the House of Representatives (HoR), Abdalla Belheeg confirmed that there will be a live broadcast of today’s parliamentary session available to all media channels and institutions through the HoR’s channel (Libya Al-Mustaqbal Channel) without the channel’s scrolling news tape or logo (on the frequency: 11257. Polarization: Horizontal / H Coding rate: 27500)

The Spokesperson also confirmed that media coverage permits will be granted to all media channels and institutions that applied to cover the parliamentary session and applied for them by last night.

Yesterday there were complaints by media that they were barred from covering the arrival of HoR members at Sirte’s Ghardabia airport and from entering Sirte’s Ouagadougou Conference Centre where the reunified HoR session is being held.
