The Libyan Business Council (LBC), the only official body in Libya that represents the private business sector, revealed yesterday that an official German business delegation will visit Tripoli ‘‘in the coming days’’.

As well as meeting with its members, the LBC reported that the delegation will meet with and offer their congratulations to the new Government of National Unity and confirm the desire of the German side to cooperate with Libya in various fields in advancing the level of bilateral relations in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries.

The delegation will include sectors in [restrict paid=”true”] oil, gas, electricity, infrastructure projects and shipping.[/restrict]
