This meeting comes within the framework of the implementation of the programme funded by the EU and the EU4PSL and implemented by Expertise France to strengthen the private sector and support entrepreneurship activities.

Expertise France said this is considered as the cornerstone for the application of entrepreneurship education in all Libyan higher education institutions, which includes the development of a roadmap and a strategy to promote entrepreneurship education and designing a curriculum in line with the Libyan culture.

It also includes organizing entrepreneurship through the establishment of a unit specialized in entrepreneurship within the Ministry of Education and Libyan universities, in cooperation with international expertise at the University of Lyon, which was the forerunner in building the first entrepreneurial activities within French public education institutions.
