Libya’s state Sirte Oil Company announced last week that it intends to ‘‘conduct corrosion control chemical field trials’’ this coming year 2020 for its gas production facilities which include Alestiqlal field, Alerada field, Hateiba field and Sahl field.
It invited all interested chemical manufacturers specializing in supplying chemicals use for corrosion inhibition in the gas industry to send their proposals as soon as possible and by the closing date of 31 October 2019.
