Sirte Oil Company announced today that it has successfully brought the natural gas processing unit at the Brega plant back into operation after years of being offline.
The company said this will allow 60 million cubic feet of gas to be diverted into the gas network instead of being flared.
This, it added, is a move that protects the environment and maximizes the utilization of resources.
