Airports Authority discusses Benina airport development

London, 23 October 2019:

Libya’s Airports Authority discussed the development plans for Benghazi’s Benina airport, Benghazi Chamber of Commerce reported on Sunday.

In the meeting with the implementing company, Barqa for Real Estate Investments, the Transport Authority and the General Manager of Benina airport, discussed the building of a 13 hectar parking area for aircraft in the area adjacent to the current taxiway.

It was also agreed to draw up plans and designs for presentation at the next meeting for approval for implementation.
