Libyan Universities and Chambers of Commerce from 6 Libyan cities: Benghazi, Gharian, Misrata, Sebha, Tripoli and Zintan yesterday signed up to unified programme offering a 30-hour Joint Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Business Development.
It is a first initiative of its kind that unifies Libyan universities and chambers of commerce across the current polarized political divide.
The programme is aimed at Libyan students and young graduates with a business idea.
The initiative is financed by the Delegation of the European Union to Libya and by the Frenche embassy in Libya and is implemented by Expertise France.
