Tripoli, 8 July 2016:
Morocco is considering reopening its Tripoli embassy and restoring air links with Libya.
This emerged after Moroccan foreign minister Salaheddine Mezouar visited Tripoli yesterday for talks chairman of the Presidency Council Faiez Serraj and his Libyan opposite number Mohamed Siala.
Also discussed at the meeting in the Abu Sitta naval base was the easing of visa restrictions for Libyans. However, it is understood that no concrete agreements have yet been reached.
