Tripoli, 15 November 2015:
Malta-based Medavia Aviation has confirmed that it is to resume its flight to Tripoli tomorrow.
The . . .[restrict]carrier was ordered to suspend its two daily flights between Mitiga and Luqa by the Maltese government in advance of last week’s EU summit on migration.
Among the many security measures taken by the Maltese during the summit, besides extensive road closures in the capital Valetta, was a ban on Libya flights because of doubts over passenger and baggage screening at Mitiga. [/restrict]
