Benghazi, 11 October 2015:
General Khalifa Hafter, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has paid a surprise visit to Chad today.
Fresh from his trip to the Benghazi frontline Hafter flew to the Chadian capital N’Djamena, where he had a meeting with the country’s president Idriss Deby.
It is not known what the two men discussed. Hafter was not wearing his uniform.
