Benghazi, 8 April 2015:
An Indian doctor usually . . .[restrict]based at Benghazi’s Hawari Hospital had a lucky escape yesterday when he was hit by a sniper’s bullet while in the area of Hay Dollar. The district, just to the north of Leithi, has experienced random missile hits and occasional sniper fire.
The doctor, named as Habib Elrahman, was shot in the left arm.
With the closure of the Hawari Hospital because of the fighting, Elrahman has been doing locum work elsewhere in the city.
