Tripoli, 11 November 2014:
The Zliten Municipal Court has postponed until 8 December, its ruling in the Baza Case . . .[restrict]against 57 former Qaddafi soldiers because the defense team failed to appear the hearing on Monday.
In court for the hearing was a number of families of martyrs and missing persons in the town.
The former soldiers, currently being held in the prison at Zliten, have been accused of war crimes during the liberation of Zliten, specifically in the Baza area, on 18 August 2011. The accusations against them include the formation of armed gangs, the provocation of armed conflict, the burning of houses and the kidnappings and murder of dozens of young men. [/restrict]
