Tripoli, 7 August 2014:
The House of Representatives has issued in its first resolution from Tobruk an order for an . . .[restrict]unconditional ceasefire by all the warring militias in both Tripoli and Benghazi, within 24 hours.
The resolution, passed by 131 members, says that the ceasefire would be monitored by the UN and that the House would take further action against any party that failed to obey the ceasefire. [/restrict]
