A resident of Derna’s Assatlat district was the victim of a particularly brutal killing last night.
Seif . . .[restrict]Al-Islam Tawerghi was shot 17 times before a car was driven over his head. His body was found in front of his house.
There are reports in Derna that the murder was linked to an old dispute. [/restrict]
