Tripoli, 17 November 2013:
We would like to apologise to readers because the Libya Herald has been offline for several hours. It . . .[restrict]would appear that the sheer volume of traffic overwhelmed our servers.
Yesterday we had some 1.7 million hits, as readers sought more information on the massacre in Gharghour and its aftermath.
There still appear to be some niggling problems with photographs, which hopefully will be solved soon.
Once again, we are sorry for the interruption to our coverage of Libya. [/restrict]
