The Central Bank of Libya has announced that, as of the beginning of this month, all . . .[restrict]banks in Libya are operating on a winter schedule.
This means that staff at banks are working, Sundays to Thursdays, from 8 am to 3.30 pm. Bank are open to customers on those days from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
Banks are also open on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 noon but only for customers dealing with their current accounts. [/restrict]
