Oil Minister Abdelbari Al-Arusi met the Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz in Tripoli today to discuss boosting bilateral relations . . .[restrict]and cooperation in energy production between Libya and Turkey, Libyan news agency LANA reported.
