Tripoli, 20 September 2103:

Residents . . .[restrict]in Mizdah in the Western Mountains experienced unusual late summer weather on Thursday. A hail storm hit the area resulting in flash floods in and around the the city.

Hail fell for more than half an hour.Dry wadis were turned into rivers in spate. But no one was hurt no losses were reported. [/restrict]
