Turkish Airlines are to begin flights between Istanbul and Sebha tomorrow, Thursday. According to the airline, flights will be . . .[restrict]operated three times a week — on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Flights depart Istanbul at 09:45 and arrive at Sebha at 12.15 and leave Sebha at 13.10 arriving back at Istanbul at 17:00.
