Security forces in Benghazi have reportedly uncovered large quantities if weapons and ammunition in one of the city’s public . . .[restrict]markets.
The discovery was made on Wednesday.
A security source revealed that the operation was part of a routine patrol, which encountered arms dealers in the market. The source said that, having been met with fierce opposition from the arms dealers, the security personnel subsequently returned to raid the market, and succeeded in confiscating the weapons and ammunition.
