Press TV says the two were arrested last Tuesday. They are reported to now be in Tripoli.
Without giving details, the UK’s Foreign Office confirmed on Friday that two British nationals had been detained on Wednesday. It said the British embassy in Tripoli was providing assistance. [/restrict]
