Misrata and Tripoli, 16 November 2013:
A group of Shura (elders) and local council members from Tripoli . . .[restrict]has flown this evening to Misrata for urgent talks about the murderous fighting in the capital.
The Tripoli delegation arrived in Misrata at 6:30pm, reportedly on a private flight. The head of Misrata Shura, Sulaiman Al-Faqih, told the Libya Herald that the meeting would look stop the bloodshed and seek to address the issues between the two sides. [/restrict]
