Tripoli, 3 April 2013:

Libya’s first electronic library has been officially opened by the Deputy Prime Minister, Awad Al-Barasi.

The opening ceremony took . . .[restrict]place in the National Library. The Minister of Culture and Civil Community, Habib Al-Amin, and the National Library’s chairman, Tawwfrik Al Tawed, and executive manager, Saleh Elshelmani, were also present at the opening ceremony. [/restrict]
