The former Maltese Ambassador to Libya, Charles Saliba, revealed yesterday that he is returning to Tripoli in his two new roles as Economic Attaché, while also representing Malta Enterprise as Economic Envoy to the North Africa region.
He explained that his primary objective is to further strengthen economic ties by promoting Malta as a trusted hub for investment and an ideal destination for business, underpinned by a stable and resilient economy.
He said he looks forward to working closely with partners across the North Africa region to foster new opportunities, build lasting collaborations, and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
