Libya’s Tripoli based Ministry of Transport, through the Civil Aviation Authority, issued a circular yesterday to open Tripoli International Airport to private and ambulance flights.
This will take effect from Tuesday 20 May.
The circular was published through the Flight Information System (AIS), explaining the details of the available runways, corridors and air communication facilities.
