The General Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce reported yesterday the launch, the previous day, of the second SME training programme entitled “Your Small Project from Idea to Operation and Development”.
The training programme, launched at the General Union’s headquarters in Tripoli, is based on the cooperation agreement concluded between the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait and the General Union of Chambers.
At the event launch, the General Union’s chairman, Mohammed Al-Raied, welcomed the participants from public and private institutions, and expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support provided by the Arab Planning Institute in the State of Kuwait and the Tripoli based Libyan Ministry of Planning, wishing success for this course and the trainees to benefit from its content.
The course programme contains several axes, including:
1. Entrepreneurship and Innovation
2. Small project: concept, characteristics and significance
3. Skills and sources of innovation from the idea of the project to the market.
