Libya’s eastern based Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) reported today that a member of its management committee met with Walid Al-Idrisi, General Manager of Baker Hughes in Libya.
The meeting comes as part of the AGOCO's commitment to strengthening partnerships and cooperation with leading international oilfield services providers.
The meeting focused on exploring avenues for cooperation and expanding the scope of engineering and technical services offered to oil fields, particularly in the areas of digital field technologies, well operations development, advanced production solutions, and modern operating software.
During the meeting, the company's plans to enhance its operational support in the Libyan market were reviewed. This includes providing state-of-the-art technological equipment and bringing in qualified technical personnel and specialized consulting teams to implement current and future projects, in accordance with the latest international standards in the oil and gas sector.
