The Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation announced in the first week of August that it is to hold the “Libya Experts Forum” which will act as a bridge between creative Libyan minds and decision-makers.
The Tripoli based Labour Ministry said the forum is based on its vision to enhance the role of national expertise to turn ideas into realistic projects that embody its aspirations for a better future.
In response to the call by the Labour Ministry for Libyans to join, the Libyan Embassy in Paris called last Friday (22 August) on the Libyan community in France to participate in the Forum to bring together Libyan minds living abroad to contribute to shaping Libya’s future and transferring knowledge and expertise to state institutions.
The Libyan Embassy in Paris said the forum aims to:
- Strengthen the role of Libyan competencies abroad in development.
- Open bridges of communication between experts and decision-makers.
- Propose realistic, implementable projects.
The invitation is extended to all Libyan experts residing abroad in various countries around the world.
The date and location of the Forum is yet to be determined.
