The Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority (ACA) issued Decision No. (173) of 2025 yesterday ordering the provisional suspension of the following individuals:
- Acting Manager of the Libyan Asset Recovery and Management Office (LARMO) and the Department of Recovered Assets at the Council of Ministers.
- The former Director of the Cooperation Department at LARMO.
- The Director of the Office of the Director-General of LARMO.
- The Director of the Turkey LARMO Branch.
The ACA said the suspensions are for reasons and requirements of the investigation; In accordance with the provisions of Article (31) of Law No. (20) of 2013 establishing the Administrative Control Authority, its amendments, and its executive regulations.
